Fault Management Tools
A successful element in our available suite of software application tools is our automated and flexible fault management system, which is based on the Action Request System developed by the Remedy Corporation.
This system efficiently conducts automated notification and escalation functions based on client-specified inputs via customer’s on-line access, direct telephone advice and automated SMS functions as required.
Our system can also provide access to our cyclic preventative maintenance programs and logs all outcomes from scheduled site visits. In addition to delivering Remedy functionality we can develop a suite of operational processes to which we can adhere to in performing fault management functions required by our clients.
