Fault Escalation

 

This function ensures that BTS and our client’s management are informed about “serious” faults that may require management decisions and/or application of specialised resources to assist in resolution. This function is rule based as an agreed and documented operational process. Escalation may be provided by a variety of methods as required by our clients.
